Our Story

Loom & Lotus is a new chapter, but its roots go back much further.
For seven years, Visions was our creative home — a place where we explored our love for Indian clothing, jewelry, color, craftsmanship, and tradition. Along the way, it became clear that what we were building was about more than beautiful things. It was about the stories, memories, and traditions that travel with them.
At the heart of that story are three generations of women — my grandmother, my mother, and me.
My grandmother represents the foundation — a generation where textiles, jewelry, and craftsmanship were not simply fashion, but part of everyday life, celebration, and family history.
My mother became the bridge — carrying those traditions forward while adapting them to a changing world.
And I find myself continuing that story in my own way — honoring where we come from while curating pieces that feel relevant to how we live and dress today.
That is what Loom & Lotus represents.
The Loom speaks to craftsmanship, to the hands that create, and to traditions woven and passed from one generation to the next.
The Lotus represents growth — rooted in where we come from, yet continually unfolding into something new.
Together, they reflect what we want Loom & Lotus to be: a place where heritage and modern life meet, and where clothing and jewelry are chosen not simply for a season, but for the stories they can become part of.
After seven years of Visions, Loom & Lotus feels less like starting over and more like coming into focus — carrying forward everything we learned while creating something more personal, intentional, and deeply connected to our roots.
Three generations. Seven years of learning. One evolving story.
